Holland Coaches Tour 2015 AZ Alkmaar & Feyenoord

The Holland Coaches Tour provided 40 Coaches with a fantastic insight into the playing & coaching philosophy of 2 of Holland’s most successful clubs with a rich history of producing Managers & Players for many of Europe’s strongest clubs. Both AZ Alkmaar & Feyenoord have unique and contrasting player development models with AZ being voted Rinus Michels Best Academy Award 2014/15 following Feyenoords run of winning the award for the last 4 seasons. The Coaches observed and discussed Coaching Sessions and reviewed Presentations with all the senior Academy Staff . Having taken part in many technical visits I was both impressed by the quality of the schedule and the depth of information that was shared with all the group.

Following the success of the Holland Coaches Tour in which we received excellent feedback we are now planning a visit to the German Bundesliga Clubs to study the programs of the current World Champions.
