Insight into AZ & Feyenoord Coaching & Playing Philosophies The Holland Coaches Tour was a real success with so much positive feedback and it was great to see all the interaction and discussion amongst the coaches. Both AZ Alkmaar & Feyenoord gave presentations and coaching sessions to support their very different coaching philosophies with access into all areas from U12/U14/U16/17/19. Every session was supported with Q&A into all aspects of each training activity from senior academy professional coaching staff from both of clubs. We are now looking to create a new Coaches Tour as we prepare to observe successful professional youth development programmes in Germany for 2015.
